We are excited to be working with the current land owners and design team to complete plans for a new 42 unit residential building in Kailua.  The current use of the site is a 7 units in 2 buildings.  The new design will feature parking on the ground level with 14 units on each of the 3 floors above.  We look forward to working on the vertical construction with our Investment Partner & Construction Team in the near future.
